Espresso Based Coffee Beverages
Our espresso is extracted through a 2 Group Victoria Arduino Black Eagle Gravimetric. This machine is and has been used in Barista competitions around the world and is a highly respected machine.
Our type of espresso is primarily described as a traditional 'Northern Italian' blend which I believe is fantastic not only for milk-based espresso drinks but also for straight espresso consumption. We offer espresso in regular and decaf; You may have a hard time distinguishing between the taste of regular and decaf espressos! We roast our decaf in-house (as well as regular espresso), but we mainly use Malabar Gold espresso as our 'bean of choice'.

As a side note, we are working very hard to produce the best 'Latte Art' for our customers (a milk froth design on top of the drink) but are not quite there. My only comment about this will be in the meantime,
'if you want real art, you will find it in a museum'. (tee hee)

A cortado is a beverage consisting of espresso mixed with a roughly equal amount of warm milk to reduce the acidity. The milk in a cortado is steamed, but not frothy and "texturized" as in many Italian coffee drinks. The cortado comes from Spain, most likely Madrid, where it is commonly served. Available in regular or decaf.

We have syrups (cherry, vanilla, caramel, lavender, and more) as well as heavier sauces such as caramel, chocolate and white chocolate. Also available are cocoa powder, cinnamon, whipped cream and more! Prices vary depending on selection.
Teas
We offer teas both loose and bagged and some with steamed milk; many are organic but all are fantastic!
Our tea is served with a small 11.5 ounce server carafe of hot water.
What is in a Matcha Latte? Image result for matcha latte A Matcha latte is a Japanese tea latte made with green tea powder and steamed milk. Matcha replaces the espresso in a traditional cafe latte, giving it a brilliant green color and lightly bitter flavor.
Black tea infused with cinnamon, clove and other warming spices is combined with steamed milk and topped with foam for the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.

We do strive to offer a light, medium and strong/dark roast coffee at all times.

Groups are no problem! We can serve many different sizes of coffees depending on the size of your party!
'Pour over' coffees are just that; they are made one cup at a time where the coffee is made by water poured over the coffee grounds. It takes more grounds of coffee than a normally brewed coffee, but the taste can be more 'defined', meaning it can have a richer taste than if the same type of coffee was brewed the 'normal way'. It is a manually prepared coffee, slowly prepared and timed for a a soft but yet bold cup of coffee.
